Acquiring custom biomedical scientific illustrations and animations from Artery Studios is simple.

Together, we’ll discuss your visualization needs, including your communication challenges and key messaging. We’ll work with you at all stages of the project from drafts to finals, to create impactful and dynamic visuals that clearly address your requirements.

1. Submit Your Request

You can select the “Request a Proposal” button or reach out us at inquiries@arterystudios.com or 1-800-721-1721. Provide us with a synopsis of your project and your contact information. After signing an NDA (for your assurance of confidentiality), we’ll schedule a discovery meeting to understand your communication needs.

2. Send background information and assets

After our initial intake conversation, we’ll send a secure link for you to upload supporting information for your project. This includes:

  • slides, technical drawings or mock-ups
  • visuals that require updating
  • CAD drawings of devices and instruments
  • your script (if creating an animation with voice-over)
  • sketches that explain details and concepts of innovations

We’ll review all documents to learn about the details of your innovation, technology, technique or process.

3. Work with us on milestones

We’ll send a proposal outlining the visual assets we can produce for you – including estimated fees – and discuss this with you. We’ll then proceed to create your biomedical scientific illustrations and animations. We’ll work with you and your team – including your consulting experts – communicating openly on sketches/storyboards, mock-ups and draft renders, and gathering your feedback.

Final visuals are uploaded for delivery to you in digital format for numerous uses, including R&D, websites, online learning tools, tradeshow displays, marketing and communication endeavors, investor relations and pitch presentations.
