Obtaining custom illustrations, animations, interactive media or 3D models has never been easier.
Together, we’ll discuss the details of your case and understand your approach. We’ll then review the case medical documentation and devise a solutions package that best communicates your case in a visually dynamic manner.
1. Submit Your Request
You can either select the “Get Started” button above or email us at inquiries@arterystudios.com to begin your case. We’ll require the name of the file, the nature of the case (e.g., MVA, slip & fall, medical malpractice, etc.), and your contact information. We’ll respond within 24 hours to book an intake meeting to discuss your needs.
2. Send the records and imaging
After the intake meeting, we’ll send you a secure link to upload the case medical documentation. After receipt, we will review all relevant documents to create a proposal that will be sent to you within two weeks. The items we typically require, include:
- Radiological imaging and the associated reports
- All operative/treatment notes
- Any written expert opinions (typically deposition excerpts)
3. Choose your demonstratives
After your review of the proposal, we’ll book a short meeting to discuss which exhibits you’d like to proceed with. Production by our team of medical legal illustrators and animators then takes three to six weeks, including obtaining and integrating feedback from your expert(s). If the visuals are needed sooner, we’ll do our best to accommodate your timing needs on a rush basis.
4. Receive the visuals
Our visuals will be delivered to you via email or secure link (digital illustrations, animations and interactives) or courier (printed posters and hand-outs as well as 3D models).
